The Arts Collab is welcoming dynamic individuals who are committed to creating innovative learning environments through the arts as part of a collaborative team. Several spots are available across all artistic disciplines (Creative Writing, Dance, Music, Theater, and Visual Art). Teaching Artists are added to our roster and matched with school residencies as they become available. By joining our team, our artists have the potential to diversify their careers beyond the classroom as our programs expand. Opportunities may periodically arise to become a workshop presenter or to collaborate with various Birmingham cultural organizations. Although experience in education is preferred, artists with limited teaching experience are also encouraged to apply.
